Transform Solar, LLC is not responsible for energy savings shortfalls, utility rate changes, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, government actions).
Clients agree to hold us harmless for damages arising from external factors beyond our control.

9. Termination & Cancellation
Clients may cancel prior to installation, subject to cancellation fees.
We reserve the right to terminate the contract due to non-payment, site safety concerns, or violations of these terms.
